What! Amazing. You will never guess who was so happy to see this recipe on your blog...lil sis! I had an impromptu dinner party for a group of managers and the head hauncho of the U.S. (you know something casual YIKES!)Worked all day, home at 6 dinner at 7! It was perfect and a hit. I served it chilled and added some zucchini to it mmmmmm. Thanks!
